GENERAL SPA ETIQUETTE/POLICY:
š All services are by appointment only.
We ask that you provide 24-hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment
so that others may enjoy our services. Each appointment is precisely timed so if you arrive late, your service may be shortened. The original cost of
the scheduled appointment would remain in effect. Recurring no shows or tardiness may result in a credit card number to reserve
your appointment. A 50% service charge may be charged or deducted from a gift certificate.

In
order to ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements
for children while they are receiving services.
š
Children
under 16 receiving services must have a signed consent form from their parent.
š First time clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment
time in order to complete required paper work.
š Gratuities are never expected, but always appreciated. Gratuities
may also be added to your credit card transaction, but please let receptionist know in advance.
