Jessica, Trisha and Cara,
I wanted to take just a few minutes to thank you for giving my goddaughter, such a lovely experience
yesterday. It was her first "spa experience", and while I believe she went into it feeling perhaps somewhat intimidated,
I know she left feeling much different. Jessica, be it on the phone or in person, you are always so pleasant, welcoming, and
accommodating. Trish and Cara, of course it helped that she had "small world" experiences with you both, but I
am certain that it had even more to do with you simply being who you are as women and as professionals... and in doing
so, making her feel welcome and deserving. I thank you all most sincerely.
While I'm here, let me also say that I, too, have been impressed with my experiences at Butterfly Landing.
In addition to yesterday's mani-pedi, my Botox results with you, Dr. Kinsella, are so much better than those
from my first provider. I appreciate that you listened to my concerns over the previously-experienced droopy inner-eyebrow
issue, and that you agreed, and even encouraged me, to be somewhat conservative at this time. Your chairside
manner allowed me to be relaxed while receiving the injections, and for that, I am grateful. Like most people, I don't
like needles! Thank you, Dr. Kinsella.
Meg, I'd like to thank you, too. The environment you've created at Butterfly Landing is
incredibly comfortable and inviting on every level. Services are enhanced by a beautiful, relaxing, clean facility,
and you have a staff of professionals who recognize and value the importance of providing outstanding customer service
while representing themselves and your business. Well done!
Thank you for your time, and for giving me a reason to take some of my time to share my thoughts.
See you again!
Kindest regards,
DM

" 'What a difference!' I find myself saying these three words when I look in the mirror. You see, I was
'blessed' with a special problem-unwanted facial hair. Let me tell you what my life was like before....When walking
in a room I would be so self conscious I'd seek out a place where the lighting was dim or away from bright windows. I could
not carry on a conversation without thinking, 'OH! They've noticed the hair!' I wore layers of foundation make-up and
shaved twice a day. Getting invited to a Mary Kay party was a nightmare and I never, ever let my husband touch my face.
Now I can walk into a room with confidence and seldom wear makeup anymore. I actually like the natural look
of my real skin. The dark shadows are gone! No longer do my children exclaim, 'Mommy you have a moustache!' I even attended
a makeup party recently with ease. "
