Prenatal Massage

As you share your body with your developing child, you can also share the many benefits the comfort of prenatal massage brings to body, mind and spirit. Massage provides relief from anxiety, stress and depression caused by pregnancy’s hormonal changes. Since we believe massage is so beneficial during and after pregnancy, we offer discounted rates for the duration.

Postnatal Massage

Bring baby to your first postnatal massage and have your baby receive a complimentary infant massage, as you learn the same techniques to use at home. When your baby is wonderfully relaxed, enjoy a 1/2 hour lymphatic massage to aid in your body's return to it's pre-pregnancy shape. $40

Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage

An alternate name for Lomi Lomi is “Loving Hands” massage. The reason for this is that it works gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous flowing strokes, totally nurturing the body and enabling the recipient to relax, give in, and simply be. Using long, continuous, flowing strokes, combined with a very loving touch, it relaxes the entire being, assisting in a letting go of old beliefs, patterns and behaviors that cause limitations and which are stored in the cells of our body.

Lomi Lomi includes the art of “Soft Touch” and is used to depressurize the body. It improves physical performance it relaxes the nervous system, increases circulation, improves joint mobilization, relieves pain, and maintains health. It is the “dance of massage” and is wonderful to give as well as receive.
